Entract 127 welcomed partners and friends in the newest business space in the heart of the capital

On Tuesday 13 July Entract 127 - the newest premium business space celebrated the long-awaited completion of the impressive transformation project on 127 G.S. Rakovski St. with a summer cocktail for its partners and friends.

"It was nearly 3 years ago that we were provided with the opportunity to acquire the building of the Administrative Center "Slavyanska Beseda". Despite the terrible state of the building at the time, we immediately felt the spirit of the place. Inspired by the history and the culture here, we took on the challenging task to restore the building's significance by creating a flexible and elegant office space for work, creativity and networking" said Olga Marcenac at the summer cocktail evening. Olga Marcenac, together with Christophe Coutat and Xavier Marcenac are the investors behind Entract 127 - successful entrepreneurs with several investment projects and already familiar to the local business community. Christophe Coutat is the owner and founder of Advent Group, a global leader in marketing and management of personalized events for international business education, and Olga and Xavier Marcenac are behind the innovative biotech company “Nasekomo”.

Entract 127 is a flexible, high-end office space with a bold ambition to set new rules in the way we work. Occupying 6 floors and over 2000 sqm, the center offers open coworking space for 55 people, 34 stylish and fully-furnished offices, 9 meeting rooms and an open event space with a terrace overlooking Rakovska Street.  

The iconic building, a monument of culture, was built in 1935 to host a hotel, a theatre and the cultural community center “chitalishte”. In the 1990s part of the hotel was separated as an administrative center with its own entrance from G.S.Rakovski St.

Today, inspired by its location on the “Bulgarian Broadway”, Entract 127 invites with a spirit of theater and high business class.  The first floor offers an open coworking space, compliant with all COVID-19 prevention measures. The noise-absorbing velvet curtain and impressive chandeliers hint for the artistic style of the building.

The next 3 floors offer fully furnished individual office suites for teams of 2 to 8 people. All rooms have natural daylight, openable windows and individual air-conditioning. Each floor has a fully stocked kitchen, restrooms, and cozy areas for relaxation and networking.

Entract 127 offers flexible office solutions with short-term contracts and agile terms to suit the business current needs.
