Entract 127 took part in BalRec 2021

In the uncertain times we live in, “change is the only thing constant” – was the message that wrapped up the last panel on this year’s BalREc edition. 

On 26th October - the national day of the construction and building industry, Entract 127 took part in the country’s most valuable real estate investment conference, that gathers inspiring professionals from the office, retail, residential, industrial & logistics and hotels & hospitality segments.

The General Manager of Entract 127 - Monica Grigorova joined the panel discussion on perhaps one of the hottest topics right now “The Future of Workspace”, together with industry professionals from the real estate agency, corporate and flex space businesses.

Key topics included the adoption of the hybrid working model and the flexible workspace as a tool to adapt to this transformation. The best practices in terms of security, safety at the shared workplace, along with the key to building nurturing company culture along with corporate culture were also discussed.  

The panelists agreed on the new role of the office as a creativity, collaboration and innovation hub, that puts the wellbeing of the people at its heart. Change is inevitable and companies must embrace it bravely
